GENERAL MANAGER
*WILL PAY TO RELOCATE*
**Must hold Florida Master Plumber License or state of residence**
One of America's top plumbing companies has an excellent opportunity available in Gainesville, FL for a General Manager. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations in an operation that has current revenue of more than $725,000.00.
General management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier package delivery, uniform, lawn care and other related fields is desired.

Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies to improve overall performance.
- Increase market presence through innovative sales techniques.
- Coach and mentor a team of service professionals to provide quality service.
- Total P&L responsibility.
The ideal candidate will be energetic and have a proven track record of training and developing a team of top-notch service professionals. Will also possess a strong business management background.
