Job Summary:
We are seeking an Independent Automotive Expert Witness who is an ASE Certified Master Technician with at least 10 years of experience to inspect vehicles, write reports, and provide testimony in Lemon Law actions pending in the State of Florida. The applicant must have good verbal and written communication skills and must be willing to inspect a vehicle (test drive, visual inspection, scan for codes, etc.) and write a report identifying the expert's findings and conclusions. On average the expert will be paid $200-$250 for each inspection and report and then paid the expert's reasonable hourly rate when testimony is required.
