Admissions Director
Oasis at the Keys is located in the upper Florida Keys. The Keys are a very special place and we are proud to be part of the fabric and folklore of the Republic. We pride ourselves on quality care, responsive service, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our team.
The Admissions Director is a key part of our health center. Some of the job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
ü Maintaining close working relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and community.
ü Review referrals and work closely with nursing and bookkeeping to ensure our center can meet the needs upon admission.
ü Meet with potential residents and families to review admissions paperwork and center information.
ü Conduct tours to ensure resident and family comfort with our health center.
ü Maintain excellent communication with team members, residents, and families.
ü Help create positive resident experiences.
Qualifications: Admissions Director
ü Previous admissions experience. (2 years preferred.)
ü Long-term care experience preferred.
ü Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
ü Professional, articulate, and friendly demeanor.
ü Willingness to help others.
