Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for launching products from concept to commercialization. This position will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement Marketing plans and strategies for multiple product launches for various portfolio companies.
Qualifications:
· 4+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing
· Experience in Healthcare
· Experience in Compounding a plus
· Outstanding written and verbal communication
· Proven experience in defining, positioning, and promoting products along with managing the market, adoption, and product life-cycle
· New Product Planning
· New Product Introduction
· Post-launch Life Cycle Management
· Able to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and deliver in a fast-moving environment
· Ability to form strong relationships with product launch teams
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement GTM strategies and campaigns in partnership with sales and product development teams to promote our products, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
· Work cross-functionally with multiple companies on new GTM products
· Lead successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
· Lead cross-functional teams in areas such as New Product Planning, New Product Induction, and Post-Launch Life Cycle Management
· Utilize deep knowledge of core audiences and marketing tactics to expand market reach.
· Create compelling messaging, positioning, and the value propositions for our products.
· Collaborate with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
· Analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
· Develop marketing collateral, including sales materials, product presentations, website content, social media and more.
· Reporting on campaigns, social media, website, etc.
· Other duties may be assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
