- Be at least (21) years of age
- Have a growing and a practicing Christian faith.
- Be able to articulate his/her understanding of the Christian faith in terms of a child’s understanding.
- Must be active in a church.
- Any college 4 year degree – preferably in Education
- Preferably a State of Florida Professional Teaching Certificate
- Highly recommend training hours in classroom management.
- Exhibit good moral character on and off school grounds.
- Be comfortable talking with parents and is trained in parent education.
- Be willing to study and use new ideas.
- Be a willing participant in the school with love, creativity, flexibility, and commitment.
- Use creativity to achieve higher goals.
- Must be able to clear a level 2 background check.
- Must make available at least two reference (at least 1 professional reference)

Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
