Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences through their mixology skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons in a friendly manner
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and calculating tips
- Knowledge of various brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with fine dining or restaurant environments
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus

Command of the English language both written and verbal. Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the guests’ needs. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year hospitality experience.
