Hearing Aid company with 33 locations is looking for a Patient care coordinator that is dependable, self-motivated, and organized with excellent phone skills. Must project a warm and charming personality over the phone and in person, must have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone that can work both independently and with direction.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
-General administration
-Answering the phone and taking clear and concise messages
-Managing the Front Desk and Walk-ins
-File Documents on a consistent basis
-Maintain the Organization of the office
-Any tasks that are assigned by the manager
SKILLS:
-Highly organized, with good time management skills
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
-Excellent phone manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
