Griffin Behavioral Solutions is looking to add individuals to our dedicated, lively team. We are seeking to hire two creative, passionate personalities. One to focus on supervising in the northern side of Orange County/Seminole County and the other to focus on the southern side of Orange County/Osceola County.
This is not an independent contractor position; you will be an employee of the company and as such, you will be provided with all the materials you require to perform your job and receive PTO and mileage reimbursements for your travel.
An Associate Supervisor's Main Job Duties:
- Provide direct one-to-one ABA intervention to individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders within their home, school, and/or community
- Data collection on individual goals
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Supervision / training of RBTs regarding individualized client plans to be completed in person on a weekly basis
- Implementation of assessment protocols; including AFLS, ABLLS, VBMAPP, and PDDBI
- Creation of functional communication and behavior replacement plans
- Creation of positive behavior support plans for in school use
- Data analysis and program modifications based on current best practices
- Conducting caregiver training on ABA principles

Requirements for Position:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Current driver's license, car insurance and car registration
- Ability to pass background check (level 2)
- Ability to obtain professional liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Adult to lift 75 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
