Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in navigating and optimizing their experience with our top-of-the-line CRM software
- Provide top-notch support and troubleshooting/debugging for any technical issues that may arise
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism
- Collaborate with our talented team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist with Zoom Demos provided to new users that have signed on when scheduled (Noise cancelling headset is required)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related field
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency with CRM software and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a drive to exceed customer expectations
- A proper computer set-up for your home office is required. Two monitor set-up, mouse, keyboard, headset, and quiet setting.
- Typing efficiency – 60+ wpm is required to ensure responses to user inquiries are received in a timely manner through live chat and email
- Ability to work full time hours Monday - Friday
