Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on watersports. A person who enjoys the water side of things in the Keys - fishing, diving, boating. Being able to talk fishing is a definite plus!
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and selling our boating experiences both in person and over the phone.
- Support our boating crews on the dock with customers, supplies, etc.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the store management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Happy to work inside the store as well as outside on the dock.
- This is a pretty active position. Must be comfortable standing and walking around most of the day.
