Boutique Bed and Breakfast in Key West, Florida looking to hire a hotel General Manager for Inn - IDEAL HOURS 8-6 FOUR DAYS A WEEK.
Manager duties include but not limited to:
- Ordering Inventory
- Providing excellent customer service to guest
- Managing booking inventory and identify/monitor market trends
- Managing maintenance + cleaning departments
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and dissolve conflict in a professional manner
Ideal candidate has the following experience:
- OTA booking
- Customer Service
- Hospitality Management Experience
- Flexibility to adapt to business needs
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management
Must have valid Driver's License
