We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as Medicare Advantage Sales Representative in a rapidly growing leader in the Medicare Advantage space!
At American Health Insurance Services, we're dedicated to providing exceptional insurance products and services to clients nationwide. We are expanding our team and seeking passionate, driven, and certified Medicare Advantage Sales Representatives to join us remotely.
Note: You must be released from all carriers at the moment of hiring. (No captive agents)
Key Responsibilities:
- · Answer inbound calls and engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
- · Present Medicare Plans in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting key benefits and features
- · Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve weekly sales targets.
- · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
The best candidates must have:
- · 2+ full years of experience in Medicare Advantage Sales (seasonal agents will not be considered at this time). Experience selling during AEP and SEP is required.
- · 1-2 years of call center experience
- · Active AHIP 2024 (preferred)
- · Licenses in at least 10 states.
- · Strong sales and negotiation skills
- · Ease with cross-selling among different carriers
- · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- · PC or laptop and wired headset
- · Wired Internet connection, no WI-FI.
- · Current residence in Arizona, Texas or Florida only.
What we offer:
- · 100% Home office (permanent!)
- · Hourly payrate: $20.00 USD with unlimited commissions per sale, with the opportunity to earn up to $2000 weekly or more, commissions included.
