Job description
The successful candidate must have extensive experience with building and maintenance systems, as well as a solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet-rocking, heating, painting, hvac, and other general maintenance in a residential community setting.
The "Hands On" Maintenance Supervisor must be observant, a self starter, and able to read and understand written specifications and able to work in a fast-paced environment The ideal candidate should also possess strong customer service skills and professionalism to deal effectively with residents, vendors and staff. The property unit scattered site with 18 buildings and 233 apartments.
Qualifications:
This position requires ability to speak, read and write in English and Spanish, interpret specifications, lift 50 lbs. unassisted and maneuver up to 2 levels of stairs. Ability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation is required. Reliable vehicle. Must pass employment screening.
Must have HVAC license
