Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and update customer information in the electronic records system
- Handle Customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail for service email
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
