Are you organized, personable, and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team!

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and professionally. If you’re a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner

 Answer and direct incoming phone calls

 Assist agents with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document

preparation

 Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence

 Maintain office supplies and organization

 Provide general support to the agency team

 Perform general office upkeep, including tidying common areas, restocking supplies, trash

disposal, and coordinating maintenance when needed

Qualifications:

 At least 1 Year prior receptionist or office admin experience required (insurance industry experience is a plus!)

 Excellent communication and customer service skills

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

 Dependable, punctual, and professional

 Ability to work from 9AM to 3PM Monday - Friday
