𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

Zintsmaster & Team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented #PropertyManager and an Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and will assist with the details surrounding guest stays. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀/𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

▪️ Assist Property Management team with checking houses for maintenance, cleaning and all other related duties.

▪️ Proven experience in customer service.

▪️ Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

▪️ Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.

▪️ Proficient in computer skills, data entry, and basic administrative tasks related to property management.

▪️ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

▪️ Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 35 lbs, climb a standard ladder, and at least 3 flights of stairs.

▪️ Organized with ability to multitask.
