Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and preparing required reports with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Verify and process employee hours and timecards
Prepare and submit payroll accurately and on schedule
Process and submit payroll taxes
Maintain and update employee files and records
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports
Assist with certified payroll reporting (experience preferred)
Support other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in payroll processing required
Experience with certified payroll strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines

Schedule:

Part-time, flexible schedule (approximately [insert hours, e.g., 15–20 hours per week])
On-site position in Big Pine Key, FL

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
