Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Assistant Director of Operations to join our leadership team at the Whale harbor group. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operational activities, driving process improvements, and supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, demonstrate exceptional leadership, and have experience in business development and project management to ensure the organization’s operational excellence and growth.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
Lead and mentor senior leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture
Manage business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand market presence
Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows and implementing best practices
Negotiate contracts and partnerships to optimize organizational resources and relationships
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership
Support strategic planning initiatives by providing insights and data-driven recommendations

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership roles
Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
Excellent negotiation, business development, and project management capabilities
Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational excellence
Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience in a senior leadership role within a dynamic environment is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
