About Us:

Allure Accounting, Inc. is a growing firm specializing in tax preparation and bookkeeping services for international clients. We are currently seeking a German-speaking Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting and tax knowledge to work in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Position Type:

Remote work position
Requires 4-6 weeks of in-office training at the start of employment (location: Bonita Springs, FL)
Training ensures familiarity with our processes, systems, and team

Responsibilities:

Independently prepare annual financial statements and tax returns
Review accounting records and prepare accurate financial reports
Prepare payroll for clients, including quarterly payroll and unemployment tax returns
Prepare federal tax forms including 1040NR, 1120, and 1065
Prepare and file 1099 forms
Support complex accounting scenarios such as company sales, donations, and group accounting
Perform bookkeeping data entry and bookkeeping review
Communicate with clients in both German and English, as needed
Use tax and accounting software to ensure accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping
Strong understanding of U.S. tax forms (1040NR, 1120, 1065, 1099, etc.)
Experience with payroll processing and related tax filings
Proficient in UltraTax, ProSeries, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a public accounting or tax firm
Familiarity with international tax issues and cross-border clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
