We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems and online platforms.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent guest relations.
Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while providing top-notch hospitality management.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel or resort industry is preferred.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and effective communication skills is essential.
Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
Experience with night audit processes is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
