Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and will assist with the details surrounding guest stays. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

Assist Property Management team with checking houses for maintenance, cleaning and all other related duties
Proven experience in customer service
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in computer skills data entry and basic administrative tasks related to property management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 35 lbs, climb a standard ladder and at least 3 flights of stairs.
Organized with ability to multitask

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
