Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a South Florida Hospitality and Residential Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a background in interior design or sales. This role involves representing our brand in the hospitality and residential sectors, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality and residential sectors.

- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in South Florida.

- Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and develop new business contacts.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, sales, or a related field.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Creative problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite or NetSuite
