Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Conduct door-to-door sales, introducing homeowners to our services and securing client agreements in a single visit.
Comprehensive Inspections: Perform thorough inspections, assess damage, gather necessary information, and assist clients with insurance claims.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-up via calls, emails, and visits.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our customer service and technician teams to coordinate schedules and ensure client satisfaction.
Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to individual client needs.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience & Track Record: At least 1 year of door-to-door sales experience.
Bilingual Abilities: Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly desirable.
Emotional Intelligence & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Digital Proficient: Proficient in using modern technology and CRM software to optimize sales processes.
Physically Capable: Able to perform fieldwork, including roof inspections.
