Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, providing all necessary information regarding hotel services and amenities.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests and any issues are promptly addressed.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel policies to enhance the guest experience.
Assist with phone calls, reservations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
A background in guest services or hospitality management will be an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Proficient in using computer systems related to hotel management; familiarity with reservation software is a plus.
