Junior through Senior level Consultants provide on and off-site service to clients in the areas of capital campaigns, pre-campaign studies, comprehensive development programs and executive search. Positions available for full-time, and project-related services.

Junior level positions provide support of firm's executive team members.

Responsibilities and Duties

Preparation of operational materials for pre-campaign studies including questionnaires, gift charts, preliminary case statement
Conducting interviews and focus groups for pre-campaign studies
Review, analysis and segmentation of donor/prospect database
Data tabulation and creation of PowerPoint presentations
Drafting a wide-range of client materials including direct mail/solicitations, brochures/case statements, study reports, speaking points, agendas and report meetings
On-scene counsel to clients
Training and support of volunteers and staff
Creation and monitoring of project timelines
Conducting meetings as well as small to mid-size group presentations

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Track record of proven advancement accomplishments in the non-profit sector (Senior Associate level)
Astute attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and strategically
Flexible, skilled problem-solver and self-starter
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media and familiarity with database management
Mid-Atlantic based with flexibility for both regional driving and air travel
