Position Overview:

We are seeking a Software Trainer to join our team and play a key role in delivering training for our flagship property management application. The ideal candidate will have a combination of software training, IT support experience, or be someone who has a strong aptitude for technology. Accounting or financial experience is a plus but not required. If you are someone with a positive outlook, who can juggle multiple responsibilities, and loves problem-solving, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive training on our property management software to clients and new users.
Assist the help desk with support issues as needed.
Perform quality assurance (QA) testing on our application to ensure functionality and performance.
Report to the Director of Client Services on various projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in software training, IT support, or relevant experience.
Strong aptitude for learning new software applications.
Accounting or financial experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Reside in Florida (required).
Open to possible worldwide travel.
