We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker Assistant to join our team. Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of infused pastries, cupcakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic designs to enhance presentation.
Package baked goods for display or customer orders while ensuring quality and freshness.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production schedules and meet customer demands.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and taking special orders.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Baker Assistant or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent cake decorating skills are preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
