Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various tasks in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding services, events, and facilities.
Manage event logistics, including setup and breakdown of equipment, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
Provide support for children’s activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for young guests.
Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues.
Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences through excellent customer service.
Conduct public speaking engagements as needed during events or activities to engage guests.
Maintain knowledge of resort amenities and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
Assist with lifeguarding duties if certified, ensuring the safety of all pool or water area users.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
Strong background in events management is a plus.
Experience working with children is highly desirable.
Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
Certification as a lifeguard is an advantage but not mandatory.
Knowledge of resort operations is beneficial for enhancing guest interactions.
Strong public speaking abilities to confidently address groups of guests during events.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for all visitors.
