We are looking for a proactive M&A Development Rep to join our high-performing team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and securing potential acquisition targets, helping to expand our business portfolio.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source M&A opportunities
Lead generation and prospecting
Initial screening and qualification of targets
Build and maintain industry relationships
Market and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams
Initial due diligence support
Maintain deal pipeline and CRM
Prepare acquisition proposals
Represent the company at industry events
Report on acquisition opportunities
Support negotiation preparation

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2-3 years experience in a similar role; internships or part-time work in business development, or M&A within the BPO Industry is a plus.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
