Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Duties

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services offered.
Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks and other office management software.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring that all materials are stocked and accessible.
Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations as needed.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently for data entry tasks.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
