Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct behavioral therapy to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and oversee behavioral therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to ABA principles.
Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide holistic support for clients.
Provide training and support to staff on behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods.
Stay current with best practices in ABA and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping related to patient care.
Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A compassionate approach to working with clients and their families.
Knowledge of inhalation therapies may be beneficial but is not required.

Pay: $76,045.00 - $83,410.00 per year
