We are seeking a professional and reliable Bike Technician / Customer Service Representative to join our team at Island Bicycles. Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and guiding guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
Assist rental customers, light clerical work and safety checks, ensuring they have a positive cycling experience in Key West
Utilize basic mechanical ability to service rentals
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing sales and returns.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are readily available
Light lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management.
Mechanical knowledge is preferred
Experience in retail sales or similar environments is highly desirable
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
