We’re looking for a Client Success Manager with expertise in web builds and designs, SEO, copywriting, and project management to deliver a high-quality, personable client experience.

Your Role:
As the Client Success Manager for our DFY service, you’ll manage client relationships, team coordination, and project success. Your goal is to ensure that our high-ticket clients receive exceptional service and achieve results through your team that exceed their expectations and ultimately, drive leads into their inbox.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Success:

Act as the primary point of contact for high-ticket clients, providing clear communication, regular updates and reports.
Manage the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding to project delivery—ensuring seamless and professional experiences.
Develop and implement retention strategies to foster long-term client relationships.

Team Leadership & Quality Control:

Lead a team of specialists (SEO, web design, copywriting) to execute client projects efficiently.
Conduct quality checks on deliverables, ensuring websites designs, SEO (on-page and off-page), and copywriting meet the highest standards.
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to maintain excellence.

Project Management:

Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Organize workflows using our project management tools, Monday and Slack, coordinating between clients and team members effectively.

SEO & Web Expertise:

Leverage your knowledge of web builds, design, and SEO to guide team efforts and provide insights to clients.
Address technical questions or concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in our services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably with high-ticket clients.
Strong understanding of web builds, design principles, and SEO (on-page and off-page).
Experience with copywriting, with an eye for quality and effective messaging.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing a remote team.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
