Job Title: 1099 Sales Representative – Biotechnology/Medical Sales

Job Summary: The Field Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, driving sales of our wound care and biologics products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, with a focus on biologic or wound care products, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:
Identify and target new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive product adoption.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product support.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Gather insights on competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on orthopedic, wound care, or biologics preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
