Heavy Equipment Operator- Dozer/Excavator

Founded in 1927, Head Inc. is a general contractor that specializes in concrete and asphalt paving on airfields. Since its inception, Head Inc. has been involved in public works projects. Our work experience includes projects for the Department of Energy, the Navy, the Corps of Engineers and various municipalities as well as private industry.

Head Inc is looking for a equipment operator with at least 5 years experience operating Dozer and Excavator, as well as other heavy equipment. We offer an attractive benefits package, weekly pay and pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Ability to operate a variety of construction equipment and tools

Ability to take direction and complete tasks in a timely fashion

Ability to maintains a safe and clean work environment

Ability to read prints and plans to determine scope of work, layouts, form setting, pouring concrete and calculate quantities of needed materials

Requirements:

Equipment Operator: 5 year preferred, experience with excavators, dozers, backhoes, loaders, ext.

CDL Class A – a plus

Must be dependable, detail oriented and able to work well and safely with others

Must pass background and drug screen

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Must have a valid US Driver's License

Experience:

Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
