Overview

Indigo Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. The role requires strong project management skills, clear communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. The Event Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all events run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute events including corporate meetings, industry conferences, client engagements, and community initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define event goals, requirements, and timelines.
Manage vendor and venue contracts, logistics, and scheduling.
Track budgets, expenses, and invoices to ensure cost control.
Oversee catering, equipment, and event services as needed.
Support event communications, including invitations, agendas, and on-site materials.
Provide on-site coordination to ensure efficient setup, smooth operations, and issue resolution.
Maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in event coordination or project management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to manage budgets and negotiate vendor agreements.
Experience in hospitality, catering, or logistics is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
