We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist/Assistant to be the welcoming face of our dolphin excursion company. This role is pivotal in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they inquire about our tours to the time they embark on their adventure. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and a passion for marine life and tourism.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about our dolphin tours and services.
Manage incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to appropriate staff members.
Handle reservations and bookings efficiently using our scheduling system.
Maintain organized records of bookings, guest information, and feedback.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of informational materials and promotional content.
Coordinate with tour guides and boat crew to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the front desk area is tidy and welcoming.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Proficient in using office software and reservation systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Knowledge or interest in marine life and conservation is a plus
