WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

21+ years old
2+ years retail experience
Confident cannabis knowledge – strains, products, consumption
Great communicator with amazing customer service skills
Punctual, responsible, and ready to thrive
Weekend availability a must
Able to pass a background check
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail for accurate transactions.
Basic math skills necessary for sales calculations and inventory management.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele
Ability to supervise staff members while fostering a positive team environment.

Provide top-tier service with cannabis education at the core
Stay compliant with all state laws & dispensary protocols

Handle transactions & manage inventory
