We are a local, fast-moving, people-focused company that values customer experience and team growth above all. With a formal CSR training program led by our CSR Manager, you’ll be set up for success from day one.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a world-class customer experience by answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule maintenance, and strengthen customer relationships.
Accurately manage customer information, job details, and technician dispatch in our CRM system (ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus).
Promote and explain membership options to customers, building long-term value.
Keep records organized and accurate while protecting customer confidentiality.
Work closely with technicians, managers, and other locations to ensure smooth operations across the Keys.

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service or administrative experience (HVAC, trades, or service industry experience a plus).
ServiceTitan or other CRM software experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, motivated, and focused on creating positive customer experiences.

8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
