Our organization seeks a Seafood Sales Associate to join our small team. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries from fisherman and seafood suppliers, ensuring the safety and quality of the seafood we serve. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our retail market is stocked with fresh seafood. You will be responsible for filleting fish and processing other fresh seafood for our seafood market and customers with custom orders. You will be using our point-of-sale system to check out customers as needed.

Responsibilities:

Monitor levels of seafood, fresh and frozen foods.
Order new merchandise if needed.
Processing of fish and other seafood.
Order new containers and package goods if needed.
Help with record keeping related to HAACP Plan.
Assist customers and help with shipping when needed.
Must be able to work outside and lift heavy boxes.
Must be able to work weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
