Actively seeking a Hotel General Manager for Luxury Resort in the Florida Keys

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager for a prestigious high-end resort in the Florida Keys. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong background in 4-5 star hotels or resorts and a keen understanding of rooms operations and engineering.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
MUST have experience in the South Florida Market!
Strong expertise in rooms management and a solid engineering acumen.
Exceptional client management skills, with an aptitude for stakeholder communication.
Demonstrated hands-on leadership style; able to follow direction effectively.

Position Highlights:

Overseeing a 200+ room luxury property.
Competitive salary up to $240K.
