Island Welcome Real Estate is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Front Desk & office admin. Our office is a modern, welcoming space in Summerland Key, and we take pride in providing a warm and approachable environment for our clients and community.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support – Assist in organizing and managing real estate files, researching property data, and maintaining records and checklists. Maintain CRM database, Follow Up Boss experience is a plus. Trello experience a plus.
Marketing Assistance – Help create flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials. Social media knowledge is a plus! Video creation and editing is a plus! We work on platforms Canva, Adobe and Google Business.
Client Interaction – Greet and assist visitors, and provide a welcoming presence in the office. Assist with setting up appointments, meetings and events.
Event Participation – We host regular events, ability to coordinate an event schedule, order food and supplies etc. Support and attend community events, including occasional after-hours gatherings, evenings and weekends.
Office Operations – Maintain a professional and efficient office, schedule appointments, and assist the team as needed. Order and maintain supplies, keep things organized and presentable.

Who You Are:

✔ Local Applicant – Must live in the Florida Keys, ideally within 30 minutes to Summerland Key. No remote or virtual assistant applications will be considered.
✔ People-Oriented – You have a warm and approachable personality, enjoy engaging with clients, and thrive in a customer-facing role.
✔ Organized & Detail-Oriented – You can multitask, stay on top of deadlines, and keep our office running smoothly.
✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Google business, Canva, Adobe, Google business, Trello, Facebook, Instagram, you Tube and general marketing is a plus.
✔ Team Player – Willing to contribute to a collaborative, community-focused work environment and assist with events -occasionally after hours and weekends (paid).
