Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance. This role requires proficiency in various technical skills, including welding, HVAC systems, and hydraulics. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring equipment functionality and providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize stick welding techniques to repair and fabricate components as needed.
Analyze system malfunctions using tools such as voltmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
capable of lifting heavy materials
Proficient in working with hand and power tools.
Must know how to swim.
Must be dependable and punctual.
Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies within the industry.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
