About the Role
ThePayWays is seeking driven and results-oriented Business Development Managers to join our team across multiple states in the USA. The role involves meeting business owners, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships. We are particularly looking for professionals with experience in POS (Point-of-Sale) sales, merchant services, or payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Present and promote ThePayWays’ services to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven POS sales, B2B sales, or corporate sales experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a professional, client-focused approach.
Preferred: Experience in merchant services or payment processing industry.
