Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Team Member to join our warehouse and logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are new to the workforce — no experience is required, and full training will be provided. As a Distribution Team Member, you’ll play an important role in ensuring products are properly handled, organized, and shipped to customers on time. We’re looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment or delivery
Load and unload products from trucks or pallets safely
Organize, label, and store inventory in designated areas
Verify and track shipments and deliveries
Keep the distribution area clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

Qualifications

No prior experience necessary — complete training provided
Ability to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and commitment to safety and efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.56 - $25.97 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
