Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all patrons receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar software.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Provide assistance to guests by answering questions about the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
Uphold all health and safety regulations within the food service environment.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy setting.
Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
Experience in cash handling is essential for managing guest payments effectively.
A background in culinary or food service is advantageous, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
