Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with their needs through various communication channels.

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Skills

Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Experience in customer support or client services is highly desirable.
Familiarity with call center operations and outbound calling techniques.
Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry.
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Basic cash handling experience is beneficial.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
