Job Overview

MSP Supply is seeking a highly organized, dependable Operations and Administrative Assistant who will also assist with counter sales and equipment sales. This role supports daily office operations, customer service, and in-store sales of pool equipment and supplies.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers, learning products, using computers, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced small-business environment. Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in store, over the phone, and by email
Sell pool equipment, parts, and supplies with guidance and training provided
Create quotes, invoices, and sales orders
Answer incoming calls and handle customer questions professionally
Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests
Organize vendor records, customer files, and business documents
Schedule deliveries, service appointments, and follow ups
Support day-to-day office and business operations
Maintain accurate data entry and internal records
Provide operational and administrative support to ownership

Requirements and Skills

Customer service or sales experience preferred
Comfortable talking to customers and recommending products
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Organized, detail oriented, and reliable
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required
Experience with QuickBooks, POS systems, or invoicing software is a plus but not required
Pool industry experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
