Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in optimizing our procurement operations, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective procurement strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and fulfill procurement needs.
Conduct market research to evaluate and select qualified suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure favorable agreements.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance standards are met.
Utilize MRP systems for inventory management and production planning.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
Conduct root cause analyses for supply chain disruptions and implement corrective measures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of quality management principles and procurement best practices.
Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or similar procurement systems preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
