Description:

The Personal Assistant will assist with managing the Employer’s schedule, coordinating appointments and travel, maintaining household and personal records, and supporting day-to-day operations related to the Employer’s company and personal affairs.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, proactive, discreet, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and sound judgment.

Task:

Manage and coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, reservations, and scheduling
Assist with managing and coordinating prescription-related needs
Track household expenses, receipts, reimbursements, and related financial records.
Maintain and organize personal files, documents, and records
Run personal and household errands, including shopping, returns, deliveries, and related tasks
Assist with day-to-day administrative and personal support needs
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling personal, financial, and sensitive information
Proactively assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Proficient in Excel
Excellent organization skills and time management
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (ie: car)
Availability to work flexible hours and from Key Largo when necessary

Pay: $25.00 per hour
